fantastic central spot

great location friendly staff

the location is really great i could walk to everything i wanted to see. the room was so clean and i definitely felt comfortable. the staff was genuinely friendly and handled requests quickly. it created a super atmosphere.

i must say the room itself was quite basic. the walls were paper thin and it was a bit noisy. i probably would not stay there again because of the noise issues.

the reception staff handled every request promptly and with such a smile. the team did everything possible to. their helpfulness and efficiency stood out. they are amazing.

on-site parking made arrival simple plus the bar was great. i enjoyed the live irish music in the pub downstairs in the evenings. this feature definitely added to the experience plus the location.

the hotel is pretty close to shops pubs and restaurants i found. the railway station is about a 10 to 15 minute walk i think. deros tours for ring of kerry and dingle slea head tour is 5 mins.

a pleasant stay

great bedroom ample space

The bedroom was great. It was perfect for our little trip. i had plenty of space to move around. the hotel is beautiful and always clean. It is also tidy.

The website said breakfast was included, but it wasn't, frustrating. also, the restaurant staff weren't very friendly. That didn't help the overall vibe.

Staff were wonderful, cute, and helpful. They were great. daniel on reception and simon on the bar are amazing. peter, the night porter, and grainne, who served breakfast alongside paul, were excellent.

excellent central stay

great bedroom helpful staff

The bedroom was perfect for our trip. i found there was plenty of space to move around. It was clean. the staff are cute and helpful, especially daniel at reception. grainne and paul served breakfast, providing excellent service. the breakfast experience was delicious, with high quality foods cooked well.

The corridors to the rooms felt a bit old. my room was at the back of the hotel. The window looked out onto a run down building, so i had to close the curtains. it was noisy at night.

central location spacious room friendly staff maze corridor limited parking night noise

the location was central it made exploring easy. my room was spacious it allowed me to relax. the staff were friendly they provided good service.

the corridors seemed like a maze i often got lost. the parking was limited it was not convenient. there was noise at night it disrupted sleep.
